The Need: TouchPoint One needed an engaging way to explain how its Acuity platform improves contact center performance and employee engagement.

The Solution: Working with Clum Creative, I developed the video’s visual style, storyboard, illustrations and animation to clearly communicate the platform’s performance management and gamification features.
