Client: TurningPoints

TurningPoints is an education program for trade contractors across central Ohio, teaching them how to transform tense customer interactions into productive, positive conversations. The name reflects the program’s core idea: empowering professionals to create key “turning points” that shift frustration or conflict toward understanding and resolution.

For this initiative, I developed the full naming system, brand identity, and supporting visual package—including logo design, color direction, and collateral. The result is a brand that feels calm, confident, and grounded in the realities of the skilled trades, reinforcing TurningPoints’ mission to help contractors turn difficult moments into opportunities for trust and loyalty.
